Taf News Update, 10 August 2020

In response to COVID-19 pandemic which occurs in Indonesia, PT Toyota Astra Financial Services (“TAF”) realizes the cooperation of various parties is required to support the Government's efforts to break the chain of the spread of COVID-19 through recommended preventive measures.

Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have taken steps to keep and protect the health and safety of all employees by implementing the health protocols established by the Government at the head office and each TAF branch office.

However, amongst the various possible efforts that have been made to maintain the health of all employees, there are still matters such as external factors which have occurred so that there are our employees who are positively infected with COVID-19 in our branch offices spread across several regions in Indonesia. Those employees have been given necessary medical treatment, and those who have contact with these employees have undergone rapid test as well as undergoing an independent quarantine. We are constantly monitoring the condition of infected employees every day.

We are committed to continue implementing health protocols established by the Government at work locations including but not limited to carrying out the disinfection and sanitation processes at the head office and each TAF branch office carefully.

We will constantly monitor the situation and ensure to take the necessary actions to protect the safety and well-being of our employees, customers and partners.
